F50 VERTICAL

The F50 INOX system is based on a simple design and construction concept: a tubular system made of anodized aluminum, which is tied in a characteristic elaborate manner and creates an airy, highly aesthetic ensemble.

Its metal elements can be easily combined with glass or polycarbonate sheet, offering unlimited possibilities of design applications.

In the INOX series, the aluminum profiles and fittings have been processed with the anodizing process of a minimum thickness of 20 microns, which is characterized by high quality and unparalleled gloss. Thus they offer tangible advantages over stainless steel systems: high aesthetics and greater economy.

The benefits of Anodizing
  • Great Durability. Extremely long service life and significant economic advantage due to their low maintenance costs.
  • Color Stability. Extremely resistant to ultraviolet radiation. It does not crack, it does not peel.
  • Ease of Maintenance. A simple rinse or a light wash with water and a mild detergent gives the anodized surface its original appearance.
  • High Aesthetics. Unlike other finishes, anodizing allows aluminum to retain its metallic appearance, similar to stainless steel.
  • Cost. Lower installation costs compared to stainless steel, and also a lower maintenance cost. Greater value in time.
  • Safe and Durable. Anodizing is a chemically stable process. It is non-toxic, non-degradable, and extremely heat resistant (up to the melting point of aluminum)

Processing

The specification used for the F50 Railing System is MIL-A-8625, Type II – Sulfuric Acid Anodization. This process offers:

  • Medium thickness coatings, 20 μm to 25 μm
  • Standard shade and shine like stainless iron

Ideal for:
  • Balcony railings, with special resistance to various environmental conditions.
  • Internal stair railings, with a special sense of high aesthetics in the interior of homes and business spaces
  • Exterior stair railings, suitable for modern homes and commercial buildings
  • Railings for public stairs, especially useful in big cities, but also in other places, such as swimming pools of hotels, houses, etc. for balconies and stairs

Care & Maintenance

The natural beauty and glow of the anodizing has proven to stand the test of time. Even after 20 years with proper maintenance your installation will look as nice as the day you installed it.

What to use?

A simple rinse with lukewarm water and a mild liquid soap is sufficient, as the anodized aluminum is cleaned regularly. For small parts, use a soft cloth scrub. When there is greasy residue, you may need to use a soft cloth dampened with white spirit to clean it. After cleaning, it is necessary to rinse well with water, especially when there are notches, to ensure that all residues have been removed.

What not to use?

Acid or alkaline cleaners are not recommended, as they may damage the anodizing coating. Also, cleaning emulsions or household cleaners should never be used, except after the recommendation of a company specializing in the cleaning of anodized aluminum, as they may also damage the anodizing coating. Also do not use emery paper, sandpaper, steel wire, or other abrasive materials.

How often?

The frequency with which the cleaning should be done should be between once a month up to once every six months depending on the application and the environment where the installation is exposed.
