Alumil M11500 Fire Resistant
The M11500 Fire Resistant system is Alumil’s proposal when there is a need to delay the spread of fire in case of fire in buildings, in order to give users the necessary time for their safe removal. A variety of suitable fillers can be placed in the system profiles which provide different levels of fire safety covering a large needs error.
Summary Data
• Single-leaf and double-leaf doors can be constructed, but there is also the possibility of constructing fixed frames to cover the facades of buildings and for the separation of interiors.
• The system consists of three-layer thermal insulation profiles.
• Polyamide with a total width of 38mm in the shape of “omega” is placed in the profiles, offering a very good coefficient of thermal insulation (Uf).
Fixed constructions, depending on the fillers used, are certified in four different levels of fire limitation (Class EI 15, EI 30, EI 45 and EI 60)
• Single-leaf and double-leaf doors are certified in two different levels of fire limitation (Class EM5 and T30).
• The basic width of the system is 84mm.
